Curriculum :   Union Public Service Commission Examination for admission to the National Defence Academy/Naval Academy. All India Secondary School and Senior School Certificate examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi under the 10 + 2 pattern of education (NCERT). The medium of instruction is English with Hindi as a compulsory subject upto class X and Gujarati/ Sanskrit upto VIII. The progress of students is reported to the parent regularly.

Accommodation :
The school has eight houses namely, TAGORE, PRATAP , SHIVAJI, ANGRE, GARUDA, SHASTRI, NEHRU and SARDAR PATEL to accommodate approximately 72 cadets each under the supervision of House Masters, Hostel Supdt/Matrons and House-Tutors.

Medical Attention :
The school has a full time Doctor assisted by an experienced Compounder / Nurse, ward boys and a well equipped Hospital of its own. A periodical check up is made of the general health, weight and height of the boys. Records of the boy's growth are maintained and sent to respective parents.

Catering arrangement :
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is provided in the school Cadets' Mess. Careful attention is paid to provide the boys a well balanced, varied and appetizing diet and to train them in correct table manners and etiquettes.

Extra Features :
Boys are encouraged and guided to choose one or more hobbies. The scheme provides ample scope for the development of student's creative faculties and skill in fine Arts, Craft and Computer. Efforts are also made to develop in the boys the skill of Photography, Public speaking, Hiking, Woodwork etc. Education and motivational tours are also conducted during every academic year. The day starts with morning PT and group games under qualified PT instructors from APTC. Gymnastics is also taught. The school provides facilities for major games like Cricket, Football, Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis and Squash. In addition to the above, regular competitions in Athletics, Boxing, Marathon and cross country races are also organized. Every boy has to play some game or the other compulsorily. Along with the outdoor games, indoor games like Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess etc. are also encouraged and these games are separately available in the recreation room of each house. The school possesses its own Projector. Selected films are screened once a week. Instructional films and film strips are shown to the boys as a part of training in the Audio Visual Room through VCR and Automatic slide Projector.

Library :
The school has a qualified librarian and a well equipped library having more than 7,000 books in English, Hindi & Gujarati. The library works on the open access system.
